Dunkin' - Chester Springs

The staff is great, but the company of Dunkin Donuts has ruined the quality of donuts, offers high quality breakfast food, and the coffee is basic. At this point, only the bagels and a basic coffee, for which I would stop.

10 Nov 2019 My wife had a coffee, which she liked. I had a apple fritter which was as expected. The young lady behind the counter spoke with clear diction and had good cadence. The unisex bathroom was very clean. P.S They seam to run out of pumpkin spice donuts early each day.

If I could put 0 stars, I would. Every single time I go in with the young white male working there I?m waiting 5mins or more finding myself going elsewhere. (1 He doesn?t even greet you(not like I care. (2 he moves slow even when there is a line of customer. (3 every time I receive my coffee it?s gross... if you want all those stated, this is the place...

The donuts I like are all gone if I don't get there before 9 am. Mobile app doesn't have all the donut options so you can't order ahead. Nor does it have the almond milk option. The wait is long even when you're the only one there because the new staff doesn't act with any sort of haste. Changed my review down to 2 stars from 3.-Feb 2017

It is a dunking like the rest, but where it really seems, its friendly and fast staff.
