Sweetology - Chesterfield

Took my daughter for cookie and cupcake decorating, she loved the experience. Was nice atmosphere and a really cute concept!

Amazing place! I love baking and they are experts! Highly recommend going there! Really cool things that you can make with different flavorings, decorations and food coloring options!!!

We just had my daughter’s 9th birthday party here and what an amazing party it was! Brianna did an amazing job walking the girls through the decorating process! All the girls were socially distanced and were encouraged to wash their hands multiple times throughout the party as well as wear masks. Brianna continuously sanitized surfaces as they girls decorated. The birthday cake we ordered was DELICIOUS! My husband who doesn’t even like cake ate his whole piece and kept raving about it afterwards. My husband was initially shocked at the price(he doesn’t understand that MOST children’s birthday parties cost that much but after experiencing the amazing customer service and personalized instruction he understood why. We both left commenting on how that was the most relaxing child’s birthday party we had ever hosted! Sweetology did an amazing job and the girls had a blast! Thanks!

I don't get it. I have heard nothing but great things about this place but was so underwhelmed. I left thinking I just wasted money on something I could easily do at home. I guess my expectations were too high but for the price of their cupcakes I was expecting large Jilly's cupcake sized cupcakes not the tiny ones they offer. You're given a select amount of frosting which is understandable but I really think you should reconsider the amount allotted. How can more than one person split the amount of icing given and be able to make all of the colors they want? Some sort of pedestal would also be awesome so the cupcake is higher than the table and easily turned to decorate. The staff was no where to be seen most of the time. I would think they would be super involved in offering different tips for the icing bags or design ideas etc. it was just such an overwhelmingly dull afternoon activity that took no more than 30 minutes to get through. If you're terrible at baking and don't have basic sprinkles at your house then sure go here and give it a go but I'm telling you it's nothing special. The place is cute and I can see how maybe a party for young kids would be a blast here but this place could be so much better!
