The Reserve Restaurant Bar At The Highlands

I had a mixed experience at this restaurant. The ambiance is nice, but the host was quite rude when showing me to my seat. When someone mentions they're part of a group of 20, and there's only one such group on the entire floor, it's pretty likely they belong to it. The host didn’t even guide me to my group's location, leaving me confused and waiting alone for someone I knew to arrive. Additionally, the food was disappointing; it seemed like it had been sitting out for a while. I don't think I'll be dining here again.

The food is delicious, and the staff is always very friendly whenever we visit. However, our meals usually take some time to arrive.

The food was excellent as soon as it arrived. However, there was only one waitress serving during the first hour my wife and I were there. She did a fantastic job, but it was just too much for her to handle alone. Thankfully, another waitress came in, and we were able to get our food.

Last weekend I threw a surprising bridal shower for a friend. Not only was this restaurant nice, but the service was incredible. We had a party of about 12 people and had a waitress who was brilliant. Even the food was great! Everyone loved what they ordered. They were very accommodating for our party size and even allowed us to use their own table to set up cakes and cupcakes. Also a moimosa bar, in which they have a lot of things for. If you need an event, this is the place to go! 10/10, we all had a great time!!

A group of 8 ate at the Reserve 6/26 celebrating a retirement. It took almost three hours. Some meals were good. Mine wasn?t. Numerous trips were made back to the table to clarify our order. My meal arrived last, cold and appeared to have been reheated in a microwave. I called spoke with a?manager? on 6/27, since no one answered the phone on 6/26. He assured me the owner would call me to discuss the numerous complaints we had with our meal, service, etc. As of 7/6, there has been no follow up. I am so embarrassed that I suggested this restaurant, as the others had never been before. Not what I?ve in the past. Very disappointed!
