Tim Hortons - Chestermere

It is slower than you can expect, service often forget a product or does not warm it. Some days better than others, but definitely not one of the better. Sad as my local Tim's service: food: 3 service: 2 atmosphere: 3

If you happening to pass by another Tims along your commute, skip this one. I'm a frequent customer and this location has only been getting progressively worse. Expect to be stuck in drive-thru for at least 20 minutes. Even if you order ahead with the app you still have to wait about the same. I've never been to a slower Tim Hortons and my typical order is 2 coffees. They never provide sleeves either unless you ask. Absolutely worse I neve go here but yesterday after a very long time I made the mistake again.They didn't have any cookies, timbit or donuts I ordered smile cookies because that was mainly why I was there and the customer service person didn't think it is necessary to even look at me while handing the bag of cookies and confirming if it was the correct order and then she just closed the window and left. The only reason this place has businesses is because it's the only one can't wait till a second tim Hortons come in this neighborhood. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Went through the drive-thru this morning and they asked us to wait before the window so that they could reset their debit machine. Also so their timer doesnt go over. That make no sense. I asked her to explain why and she was not happy that I asked. Not good customer service Meal type: Brunch

Worst breakfast sandwich ever. I order the Smoky Honey Bacon breakfast sandwich. The English muffin was stale, not toasted, the bacon was hardly there, the cheese had not completely melted. I was very disappointed. I was really looking forward to a good breakfast. So disappointed. I will say that the service was good. Not a lot of people in there and now I know why.
