The Bullhouse - Chestertown

We just moved to the neighborhood and heard great things about this place. After I tried last weekend, I see why! Large menu with a variety of delicious appetizers, and our seafood main was so tasteful / well prepared. Our server/bartender Eric was wonderful. Happy to have a place like this close again often!

We were in a cabin 10 minutes drive away and booked for Saturday dinner for my wife and I. Only blown away by the quality of food and attentive service in the Bullhouse in beautiful Chestertown, NY. Great food, very fair prices and a great staff made for a wonderful evening. Can you share the recipe for the superfood salad? My wife fell in love and we live 200 miles away.

Wowed! ? As a vegan on a roadtrip adventure, the mountains can be a tricky place to have a delicious and unique dining experience! My husband and I are in the Adirondacks, staying at the Paradox Lake Campground. We have ventured north to hike in the high peaks, and south for the funny, quirkiness of Lake George. We have been dining sporadically throughout the regions, and hands-down, The Bullhouse, has been the absolute best dining experience thus far! They had a separate vegan menu for me, and I had a grilled vegan caeser salad, and the artichoke cakes with a vegan baked potato, complete with vegan butter and sour cream! My husband (not a vegan) had the barbacoa, and loved it. In addition, I noticed many gluten-free options, making this the perfect dining option for anyone. I was so impressed with the menu and delivery of the food. The taste was divine. If I could give this restaurant 100 stars, I absolutely would! If you are in the area, make sure to make this a stop!

Just an amazing steakhouse, even more so if you order their latin fusion items I gladly drive 30+ minutes out of my way to eat here when I 'm in the area. Most restaurants for special occasions (like Valentine 's Day) you get a limited menu that seems somehow worse than the usual one. Not here we happened to eat here on Valentine 's Day, and the food was just amazing the menu BETTER than usual. I can 't recommend this place highly enough.

Would have given a higher rating, but the manager had absolutely no personality and while we were still eating this girl just starts sweeping the rugs right next to us raising all kinds of dust. Our waitress was fantastic and no real complaints on our meals. Just wasn't made to feel comfortable, so probably won't go back.
