Walked in a few minutes before they closed—@6:30pm. The website says 7pm. Was told at 6:27pm they are closed. No apologies..just simply “yeah..the google page hasn’t been updated.” Had a rough day..just wanted a cup of happiness. If this was the first time I had a lackluster experience at this location, I probably wouldn’t say anything but it’s not the first time (having to pry them from their phones to take my order or ask for them to put in my perks phone number. .
Always love my (almost) daily coffees from these wonderful people! Pups love their treat too!

I ordered the mango iced tea and a chocolate chip cookie. Customer service was great. Loved my tea. This was my first time at a Caribou coffee.
