Chili's Grill - Cheyenne

Chili's burgers are among the top in town! They are cooked perfectly, not overdone, and bursting with flavor. Despite being quite busy, the service was quick and attentive.

I am unsure why this restaurant only has one person working at the takeaway counter, as the individual assigned to work there (Gage) was missing for an unusually long time (15-20 minutes). Additionally, the Santa FeCrispers salad that I ordered did not match the photo attached. The restaurant should consider new management and improving their cooking skills.

My husband and I love sharing the Fajitas that come with steak, shrimp, and chicken. We also enjoy the flavorful Street Corn.

Food was amazing and so much ordered a big bbq burger was more then just I could eat! Food came out in a quick and efficient. Matt is a great guy definitely recommend! Thanks for the awesome food and service!!

Ordered a late lunch around 3pm. Went to pick up my order. I stood at the front for 10 minutes. I watched 4 different employees stare at me and/or walk by me. The place was NOT busy. I could only see 4 or so tables with people. Not once was I greeted. Idecided to call the manager and complain. The manager listened to what I had to say and simply stated im sorry to hear that .No offer to make it right or apologize for the lack of customer service. And this was the manager. I am appalled. I canunderstand customer service being affected when during a rush and busy but NOT when there are only 4-5 tables. That 's just lazyand passing the buck. Got fajitas from Hacienda Guadalajara instead. There service is always 100%.
