Our server jeremy was excellent. we enjoyed the restaurant menu and we were happy with the additional cure we ordered that was due pate. it was rich and served with delicious foods, and was great enough to share. we were half a dozen times in brindille and will continue to return.
Brindille was delicious and a great introduction to the French kitchen. the personal was incredibly polite and enthusiastic.
It was restaurant week, so the menu was not very diverse. a small space between tables, very steep stairs to the bathroom. but dessert was fantastic!
The skill in the kitchen is undeniable. The coddled egg appetizer is scrumptious. Oyster mignonette very well done. Salmon was cooked as ordered. Entrecôte was a little small, but perfectly rendered. Pork chop portion was large and very tasty. This restaurant really knows how to handle varied veggies. List too long to specify. The cookies and the profiterole dessert were outstanding. Wonderful Restaurant Week dinner.
