Buffalo Wild Wings - Chicago

We visited the restaurant on a Sunday night around 7 PM, and it was quite empty. Our server was friendly, and the food was delicious. However, the hostess appeared to be unhappy. We felt like we were waiting for ages, even though the place wasn't busy, and the staff didn’t come all the way to our table. It was noticeable. They really need to either give the hostess a raise to improve her mood or hire someone who knows how to smile.

When we arrived, we waited about five minutes before being seated. The host then informed us, “Yes, you can sit anywhere.” After that, we waited quite a while for service, and eventually had to seek help ourselves. When our food arrived, we noticed that we still hadn’t received our water, and once again had to ask another waiter for it. We also ordered two mac and cheese dishes, which were disappointingly served in soda cup sizes. Overall, the service was terrible, especially considering the restaurant wasn't busy, so there was no reason for the long wait. To top it off, our table was never cleaned.

This restaurant experience was a total disaster from start to finish. Our server never came to our table, and we waited an entire hour just for our drinks. No one checked in on us during that time. To make matters worse, the manager didn’t address or resolve the issue. The staff was overwhelmed and couldn’t even provide us with water or beer.

We had a great service in the bar. super friendly barkeeper. Tuesday/Thursday offers can not be missed. I had the Parmesan chicken and medium-legged wings and tweeper rings. medium wings were perfect temperature.

Friendly waitstaff. It was super dead so we sat ourselves. The peppy music was strange because everyone eating in that restaurant honestly seemed depressed. But hey… We enjoyed it!Listed happy hour on their digital menu but didn’t say what drinks so we ended up ordering two that didn’t qualify and paying $22 when we thought it’d be $12.
