When they are open, I’ve noticed at least 10 employees just milling around, laughing, but no one seems to be checking on the delays. I would say the customer service is a joke, but it’s really nonexistent. When you call their number, no one answers.

They developed their own ordering software, and it’s hit or miss—it might work for you, or it might not. It took over an hour for us to place our order and receive our food.

This is easily one of the worst places I've visited. The staff were seen eating food from various stations while working, and the chefs appeared distracted, scratching their heads while cooking. I can't shake the feeling that this restaurant is a serious health risk.

We have only eaten at The Cumin Bowl, here, and only at dinner time. The chicken tikka masala and chicken korma with cumin rice are SO delicious! Easy ordering at the kiosk, and food was prepared quickly, and at a reasonable price.
