Bidra med feedbackFirst, the staff. They are clearly understaffed, we waited over 1 hour for our food, simple order. They barely pay attention to you.The food. The “Lomo Fino” we asked “MEDIUM” was well done. The “Churrasco a lo Pobre” was thin, and looked just sad.The worst one, the Lomo Saltado. Supposed to be good at a Peruvian Restauran, was simply not good at all. The vegetables look almost raw, the rice was undercooked, and there was a weird flavor that I could not tell what it was, maybe old oil?The papas a la haucaina had too much sauce. But it was ok.I’m not coming back, sorry but the quality is not there and the staff is not too attentive. They need more people, and cooks that know how to properly cook something as simple as a Lomo Saltado.
This is a BYOB. No alcoholic beverages are available. You will be charged $3.00 dollars for a bottle or any six packs you bring in the restaurant. I recommend the Rice Con Camarones no listed but is so great and can be shared by two people per plate. Is a lot of rice. Mmmmmmmmmmmm delicious.Food: 5/5
I'm no rating the food at this restaurant.... food and service are important for me,... the waitress was extremely rude with me, after another waitress let me sit they stop very rude.. then they never apologize... after that of course whatever food I ll have won't be the same... I won't return anymore...Service: 1/5
Peruvian ceviche is my favorite of all the ceviches and I’m so upset at what I picked up tonight. Cebiche is supposed to be mixed in leche de Tigre or mostly all lime juice. When I opened my ceviche tonight the liquid looked like orange water. Suspicious but I pushed all the fish to the bottom in hopes of “cooking” the fish in some tartness. The fish was gross because it didn’t get any acidic cooking from sitting in the juice and then I tasted the liquid which wasn’t tart at all. It wasn’t even mildly tart like orange juice. It’s inedible, as the liquid is supposed to be mostly lime juice which then marinates and cooks the fish. If you look at other photos of their ceviche and compare it to mine you can see clearly there’s a difference. This was a waste of money and trip to pick up what was supposed to be a treat. The tamal peruano was also too salty and not worth it.
Once again I paid a visit here and was not disappointed! My girlfriend was born in Peru and she said this is her favorite placeFood: 5/5
