Gus's World Famous Fried Chicken

The food here is delicious, but the service was only satisfactory as they didn't check on us much. The drinks were just average too.

The food was incredibly flavorful, and the portions were generous. The atmosphere felt like a charming Southern spot. While the fries weren't the highlight, the okra more than compensated for it. I would definitely recommend trying out Gus! Please note that there's only street parking available.

I was initially concerned after reading some reviews that mentioned the chicken being cold, but ours arrived steaming hot, crispy, and absolutely delicious! I would definitely return just for the chicken. However, I was disappointed by the use of Styrofoam, which not only detracted from the dining experience but also felt wasteful. The service was a bit slow, but overall, it was still acceptable.

The chicken, the greens, the Cole slaw, the fried green tomatoes, take your pick, everything is great!!!
