Bidra med feedbackIron Age will always be my go to Korean bbq restaurant. Will always recommend it to anyone. Great service as
Love, love, love this place! It was my second time in Chicago, I ate here the first time I visited, and I decided to bring my entire family the second time. Iron Age, Korean steakhouse did not disappoint! We got there during the dinner rush, there were already a lot of people waiting when we got there, but they gave us a table real quick, under 10 minutes.Right away the table what’s up, they give you some oil and salt and chili sauce for your meat with some sides. We ordered several items on the menu, I don’t know if the portions were big the first time I came, but the portions were humongous. It wasn’t a problem, but we didn’t get to try that many items on the menu because we were full with the first round of meat we ordered. wish the portions could’ve been smaller. Our server was friendly, but didn’t return to the table that often. The atmosphere was really nice, the music was really great. The food was delicious. Just like the first time, my belly was satisfied. I love Korean barbecue, and this place knows how to separate really well. Highly recommend you make sure the portion they are giving you is for 1 to 2 people, depending on your group. If it’s too big of a portion, let your server know if it’s too much and they’ll take it off the table. They do have a policy, where if you order too much, and do not eat it, they will fine you by charging you extra. You cannot take food to-go.
Today, I decided to visit Iron Age Steakhouse after receiving many enthusiastic recommendations from several friends. The restaurant was bustling every time I passed by, so I decided to give it a try.We opted for the all-you-can-eat menu, which offered an impressive assortment of meats—from beef to pork, chicken, and shrimp. Each option had unique and delicious flavors; my personal favorites were the Garlic Pork Steak and the Beef Bulgogi. The freshness and taste of the meats were exceptional. Our experience was elevated by our server, Yoona, whose outstanding service and attentiveness added to the enjoyment of our meal.I highly recommend making a reservation on weekends to avoid extended waiting times. In my opinion, Iron Place stands out as the Best Korean steakhouse in Chicago, offering an exceptional combination of unbeatable quality, reasonable prices, and outstanding service that makes it truly unique.
Great place with all you can eat Korean BBQ; what could go wrong? Even on Thanksgiving the wait for 3 of us was only 20 minutes. Much more comfortable than my usual place downtown, although the food wasn't exceptional it was very good.Parking: Didn't see the sign until after I paid for parking, but there is a free lot behind the restaurant.
Been here so many times. Food is great. My favorite is the Hawaiian bulgogi, drinks r ok. Definitely go when ur hungry to get ur moneys worth and with a group. Floors are alway slippery for some reason. Be careful when walking to the bathrooms.
