Kameya - Chicago

I had a wonderful meal at this restaurant tonight. They just opened at 3:30 on Sunday and were preparing for guests. The atmosphere in the restaurant is cozy, as it can only accommodate about 18-20 people in total. We ordered a maki roll with salmon and avocado, and it was fresh and delicious. I also ordered a gyoza ramen, which had tasty broth and hot, crispy gyoza. The service was friendly and attentive.

The food at this restaurant was sophisticated, beautifully presented, and incredibly delicious! I will definitely be returning in the future.

Make sure to double-check your order before you leave. The food is delicious, but the prices and service are not the best. It is frustrating to travel all the way here for a special family meal, only to find out that an important part of the dinner is missing when you get home. With prices being so high, they should definitely put more effort into getting orders correct.

For our meal, we ordered takoyaki, Kameya ramen (with extra spice on the side), Kameya roll, and Godzilla roll. The ramen had a rich, flavorful broth, though the pork belly was slightly overcooked. The sushi rolls were delicious and beautifully presented, with each table having a different plate design. We also ordered Schweinegyoza and 911 Lachs roll to go. The gyoza was delicious and still tasty the next day, with a crispy exterior and moist filling. Overall, we found the price reasonable at $30 per person considering the amount of food we ordered.

Great sushi and nigiri, it is a good quality. my family likes the raves. good mistsuppe, too. when they eat with someone who doesn't like sushi, the huhn teriyaki is a healthy option. I would take more from here, but it's a bit expensive to do often.
