Mabe's Sandwich Shop - Chicago

I order from here all the time and the food is delicious and consistent. They added a month cristo to the menu and it was divine!!!

Had them for the first time at the beginning of the month per me looking for more black owned spots and omg the jerk Turkey is absolutely amazing. The service is another thing. I've been here 4 times in this month and they're always so nice and polite. Truly appreciate them.

Food was good and the pricing was also fair for what I got. I will definitely be back to try the smoothies. They also take apple/google pay.

Convenient location, nice atmosphere, helpful staff. I 've been coming here for a while and my coworkers now order from them. My favorite smoothie is Mabe 's Green Machine. My favorite sandwich is the tasty Blue Fin a lil tuna sandwich with a lot of flavor. I got other people addicted to this sandwich. (Not my picture, I believe it was taken by Karl Barnes)

It was a clean refreshing environment with excellent service. It was a little busy but the women on the cashier was still able to efficiently take care of everyone without missing a beat. The food was fresh, seasoned well and hot. I was not able to save until I got to work. I had to munch in my car. The smoothie was cold and tastefully blended with fresh fruits with nothing overbearing.
