Mcdonald's - Chicago

This restaurant has its ups and downs, and the wait for food can be quite lengthy. However, breakfast was definitely the standout meal.

Extremely disappointing experience. They misled me by serving something different from what I ordered, and their response was that it’s against policy to change orders. Very unsatisfactory.

Shockingly, all the managers present did nothing while this security guard created a hostile atmosphere. It’s alarming that he frequently works there, and it seems his supervisors won’t address his behavior. Additionally, the establishment is failing in basic health standards. I observed staff members wiping their faces and then touching food, as well as off-duty employees loitering around and distracting those who were working. If you were to get sick from eating here, it would be completely justified, and I strongly believe this place needs to be shut down or have a complete overhaul of their security and management staff.

Picked up a #1 for my fiance (her favorite with apple pie) and all was great! She didn't really want the drink so I asked for the Dr pepper and yum!! Parking: The drive-thru can be packed making parking difficult. Be patient and locate a park or join the drive-thru line. In some cases the drive-thru can be quicker then going inside.
