Bidra med feedbackIt was very good and fast service. We were the only ones there which surprised me. It was really good food. I had the butter chicken and my partner had the Lamb Kabob.Food: 5/5
This was the worse experience I had at any restaurant. We specifically ask the waiter to not make our food spicy, but they still added a lot spicy to point everyone mouth was on fire and when confronted about the waiter laughed and said “uh hu” and walked away. He never even asked to fix our food or give us recommendations on how to mild the food down. The food was only spicy and didn’t contain any flavor whatsoever. The place was being worked by one server and when we placed our order some items were never even brought to us. When waiting for the server to take back the bill in order to pay we had to wait over 30min, threaten to leave multiple times, and basically had to flag down the server who was hanging out in the back( he hanged out in the back for majority of our stay), eventually the whole restaurant had to call him in order for him to even pay attention to us in order to pay. If I’m being honest I wouldn’t even bring my worse enemy here because the services was just that bad.
Now, let's talk about the food, which is the most crucial aspect of any dining experience. The meals tasted like leftovers and seemed to have been prepared by inexperienced cooks. The Paneer Kadhai curry I ordered, which the server highly recommended, was merely a watery tomato sauce with paneer cubes thrown in—it tasted terrible. The second dish, Dal Makhani (also recommended by the server), had a similar issue; it tasted stale, and the rich Makhani flavor was completely missing. The naan bread was so hard and dry that we could barely eat it. We also decided to try the Chicken Biryani, and I have to say, it was the worst biryani I have ever tasted. The quality of the rice was poor, the flavors were off, and the smell was even worse! I can't understand how a restaurant that's been in business for so long can fail at such basic Indian dishes. They really need to reassess what they're serving to their customers, or they risk either making someone sick or going out of business altogether.
The service could be improved, as the staff didn’t quite understand what vegan means, and we had to request a couple of substitutions in the thali. The ambiance is lovely—the restaurant is clean and comfortable, making it suitable for small families. As for parking, it can be a bit challenging on this busy street. Overall, I would definitely consider visiting Oberoi's again. Vegetarian options: A good variety available. Dietary restrictions: They can accommodate vegan diets.
The ambiance and decor are ideal for a meal with family, friends, or even for a date night. Additionally, they host a lunch buffet twice a month. Vegetarian options: They offer a wide range of vegetable dishes. Parking: You can find parking in nearby lots, particularly at the World Fresh Market across the street.
