Rosebud Rosetta Italian - Chicago

Thur 1:15pm business lunch, seated promptly. Food service was okay. However there was a huge problem with Gnats. Continuous swatting them away was most irritating! Afterwards it was explained that the restaurant had a flood. Disappointing dining experience.

Food and cocktails were delicious (highly recommend their steaks! but the cherry on top was how friendly and attentive the staff was. LOVE this place!

Took our family of six before seeing a show. With kids aging from 6 to 20, everyone was happy with something. Mom and Dad loved it too

Prices were high but portions were huge; an adequate place to go before a show

After about another 20 minutes without any sign of our salads or our server, we asked another staff member to check on our order since it had been 45 minutes since we placed it. When our original server came to check on us, she seemed annoyed that we had asked someone else. She mentioned that the kitchen was backed up, which is understandable, but the restaurant wasn't particularly busy, and we only ordered salads. I was really disappointed, especially since I had heard so many positive reviews about this place.
