Bidra med feedbackMy partner and I were shopping in Leeds and decided to have a coffee. We arrived at the cafe around 3 o'clock and found only a few others there. Two young men were working behind the counter. We ordered two hot drinks, but were disappointed to be served in paper cups due to their broken dishwasher. It would be better to replace them, considering they are in the business of selling drinks. After reading several bad reviews, I question if the manager even takes them into consideration. It's time for some action to be taken. As we were leaving, we saw three young men and a young female member of staff standing around chatting, which is something customers don't want to see. Being long-term customers, we expect higher standards at John Lewis. The staff need to get their act together, improve customer service, and either fix the dishwasher or offer the option for staff to wash dishes manually. It's not difficult to improve this situation.
So slow his painful 4 employees are up to only one person who serves and makes drinks in an absolute chick pace.
I visited this restaurant today for the first time since before lockdown, and I still couldn't get a coffee from the menu! Why do they have a sign saying they can't serve Decaf coffee? Does this mean it's just a temporary issue? It's frustrating to have our regular routine disrupted. Instead of being disappointed, I wish they would find a solution soon.
We visited the caffe today. dishwasher from the action. only paper cups and teller. no coffee. (last 6 months not croissants. no cheese. very little selection of foods as a whole. it seems that this Chichester store runs its caffe to the...bar minimum, as a lack of choice is now the norm, instead of taking it off.
I was impressed by the organization and the friendly welcome from the staff. However, I was greatly disappointed by the limited selection of both cakes and savories during my visit on a Sunday afternoon.
