Cotton Patch Cafe - Chickasha

Always check ur bag before leaving! had an online order for pickup. I live rush in springs. When I came home with my food, I realized that they forgot to put my baked potato in the bag and they forgot my sweetness! then I go to eat my fried steak and it's burnt! the fat tastes like it wasn't changed the whole week! very disappointed I managed a fast food restaurant here in the city and wish I had just got my dinner there because I had been at least able to eat my food!

The chicken fried brisket was excellent as well as my bacon cheese fries. My partners bacon cheese fries were burnt. Our server was GREAT, as well as the manager. They took the fries off our bill and were very kind and professional. Staff is better than the food!

My husband and I visited Cotton Patch Cafe for the first time today.We had the Chicken Fried Brisket...very very good.The staff was very personable.We live in Yukon Okla...would love to have a Cotton Patch there.The menu looked fabulous.Please build one in Yukon Okla.PLEASE PLEASE PLEASEGlad we were able to try it.Brenda Manning

Never even was seated. I counted 4 tables with customers and was still told to wait 15 minutes to be seated. Was told there was only 3 waitresses and so new customers needed to wait as to not overwhelm the wait staff or the kitchen. Also, the greater was wrapping silverware by grabbing each fork with his fingers instead of the handle, no gloves or sanitizer present, while still touching his little computer screen and scratching his hair. This is our second time with the same experience. I understand if the wait staff is busy but you can still seat your customers, give them drinks and let them look over the menu.

If I could rate lower than a one star I would. We came to this same location 3 years ago in our travels and it was amazing. We decide on our trip this time we would make sure and come again. This was a mistake.We had to wait to be treated for quite a while even those several staff members noticed usAfter being seated the waitress was negative about the restaurant. They change things all the time and there are only 3 things I would eat here She did not bring soup and salad before entree, all recieved at the same time.When asked for ketchup when the meatloaf did not have any, my husband almost finished his meal before it came.My shrimp and fries were coldWhen asking for a refill on coffee, server stated they were making as fresh pot, after 15 minutes and the server not returning, I went to the restroom that was not cleanI came back and she had still not returned to the table.My husband had to stand at the hostess station for several minutes to get someone to get us a check so we could leave
