Baskin-robbins - Chico

Look I get that these companies don't pay their employees much, but I've never encountered such a rude interaction with someone before. Maybe she was having a bad day, maybe someone yelled at her before I got in there. I don't know but my God I'm pretty sure she wanted to fight the person I was with. Then on top of it when I finally got my ice cream from this person she made it so it was barely on the cone. Thus falling on the floor. I was given a cup instead and that was fine, but no one bothered to clean it up. And other customers slipped in it. Then her coworker actually slipped and hit her head on the glass. It was just bizarre.The ice cream was fine, but I'm not coming back, why should getting ice cream be so dramatic?

When I walked in I was the only customer in the store. There were 3 employees in the store. They all looked at me and went separate ways. I stood there for probably three minutes before any attempt to help me.. booooo

I'd give minus stars if I could. Never seen such filth in a Baskin Robbins. Forget about taking your child here. Counters, floors, inside and outside absolutely disgusting. Will never go back. They should be fined and shut down until the place is sanitized. Hate to think what the freezers and kitchen look like. Don't go!

Just took the family to get ice cream and this location is close to my house. None of the ice cream is frozen. Its soft and melted and just made us all sad. It's been this way before and I thought it was a fluke last time. Now It's clear that the owner doesn't care about their product. Fix your freezers!! We won't be back and I'm sure we aren't the only ones.

Sandwiches and subs are always good.Customer service is fine.My problem is that when this location was new it looked great and was clean.It's been about a decade since they opened and to my and others dismay the stores appearance and cleanliness has gone down hill!The last time we were there it looked and smelled dirty and dingy.Deep clean your store!! Where are your standards? We intentionally avoided this Togo's/Baskin-Robbins recently because it's gone down hill in the basic maintenance department.Clean clean clean your store!
