In-n-out Burger - Chico

I love eating here! The food is always consistently deliciously prepared. I always order my Burger Animal Style, mmmm good! The frits are freshly cut and cooked hot. The shakes are beautiful and thick. I enjoy getting the hot paprika, adding an extra zing to the food.

Can I just say, I now know why people rave about this place! The crunch of that bun onions and the melty cheese is exactly what I needed, and apparently a bunch of other people love it as well because there’s always a line even at 9:30 at night. Quick service. Even waiting in a line, it probably took 10 minutes to get our food.

They’ve got a cashier named Alexis, and he is super helpful. Super quick. And super friendly. He wouldn’t take the tile so I guess I’ll just have to leave him a review.

Customer service is consistently good. Very clean, well stocked and employees are genuinely helpful, polite and work hard to create a nice atmosphere/experience from what I've seen. I travel fairly often so I get to eat at different locations and the only thing I can say about this one is they're too heavy handed with the salt. This is the only in n out I've ever been to that oversalts the burgers so much it makes my heart race. I have to remember to ask for no salt, lol! Otherwise its delicious as usual!

Took the missus for her very first In-n-Out burger and was not disappointed. Same great quality and service you would come to expect from your local In-n-Out and its in a clean, safe part of town.
