La Salles - Chico

This was my first time at this restaurant and it has a great atmosphere. I had heard good things about the food here and it lived up to the hype. I especially enjoyed the portobello Benedict as I love eggs and mushrooms. We also ordered a mimosa flight, with flavors like mango, peach, pineapple, and passion fruit. It was a nice change from my usual drink choices. Overall, the food was delicious and the company was great for a relaxing weekend meal.

We love going to this restaurant for Sunday brunch and enjoying Eggs Benedict after a stroll on campus. The front porch is cozy, shaded, and perfect for people-watching. The service was a little slow today because of multiple large groups in the main dining room and back patio. They are also dog-friendly.

Our second time, first was a fabulous brunch 4 months ago. This time we arrived a little early and waited till they opened and right into Happy Hour! The Ahi Poke Nachos, Bavarian Pretzel and Blackened Jumbo Prawns were DELISH! As were the mango margaritaand 21-day barrel-aged Manhattan. Friendly prompt service, too.

The restaurant has a wonderful ambiance and a wide selection of delicious brunch items! The Egg Benedict and chicken waffles were especially tasty. We visited on Sunday at 11am and were seated promptly without needing a reservation. We dined inside, but there is also a lovely outdoor patio area. I highly recommend this restaurant!
