We stopped with my family and bought two vacuum sandwiches. as we waited, talked and came to the conclusion of how important love is in people's lives. We saw these pure-bred entrepreneurs as they attended dozens of people who, like us, were attracted by the smell of delicious meals. It was a show worthy to see, the dedication of marriage to make everything go well, to assist everyone in the best possible way so that we all have a good experience in the world. but I felt proud as a couple, understanding that people like me and thousands of others, manage to open their way and provide an excellent service that adds value to chilicito, in their southern income. literally disarmed by giving the best of them. And when we got home and sat down at the table, we could enjoy the result of all that dedication. It was a delicacy I rarely tried. tender voidness in threads that disarm in the mouth. inside a French bread (no chips) and prepared exclusively for the sandwich. with an indescribable homemade mayonnaise, roasted beans, caramelized onions, tomato slices and abundant cheese. extreme quality and taste without estrence, which allowed to identify each ingredient. I took the daring to write about this, because I didn't want it to happen without noting the quality of the attention and the product we received. and in a world where criticism often prevails, I wanted to sit with this thanks and praise that, apart from being a stimulus to them, is a recommendation to enjoy hundreds of neighbors of chilicito that like me, had not given the opportunity to enjoy something like that. in a simple place, but with care that has dedication and dedication.
