The dining experience is quite average, and while the staff is attractive, they can be quite pushy. Unfortunately, the delivery service leaves much to be desired. The driver often calls to say that our location is too far, mentioning that his boss, who is Asian, lacks understanding in this matter. My wife tried contacting him twice, only to be told that delivery wouldn't be possible. The driver later explained that he was low on gas and needed to stop at a gas station, and ultimately informed us that we had to meet him to pick up our food. When I called back, his boss claimed he was on another call, didn’t know who I had spoken to, and was unclear about the situation. The driver then told my wife that his boss instructed him to go back and complete other deliveries first before bringing us ours. What a chaotic experience! It’s hard to believe he expects a $15 per hour wage with service like this.

We just ordered for the first time and I have to say that the China House has very good food. We ordered delivery and our food was there before the 45 minutes that they said it was. Driver was polite and so was the guy who took our phone call. We have a lot to eat and it didn't cost more than a pizza would cost. We will definitely do business with them again!

Food is descent and the people that run it are pushy but nice. The delivery service is horrible. His boss said he was low on gas and had to go to gas station; he then calls back and said he was not going to deliver and we needed to meet him to get food. Called back and his boss claimed he was on the other line and was not sure whom I was speaking with and was unsure what was happening. The driver then tells my wife his boss just told him to go back and do the other delivers and closer route and deliver ours later. WHAT?! Horrible service. This guy probably expects $15 an hour.

We have always gotten fast and friendly service and the food is always hot and always delicious. delivery is really fast.

I only order from here because its the only chinnese restarant that delivers. the worst part is the service. the manager or owner is so rude while taking the order. u have to order 10 dollars worth of food for delivery, if the order is 9.99 he makes you orxer something else. he is a jerk.
