Little Caesars In K-mart - Chillicothe

I ordered a pizza from them, but when it arrived, it was burnt. I called the store to report the issue, but they didn't apologize. Instead, they simply told me to either bring the pizza back or have the delivery driver return it.

During my recent visit to pick up my order, I was taken aback when the staff member with a chin strap beard mentioned that my voice was too quiet. I found it really disrespectful and it left me feeling quite offended.
