The food's OK nice and fluffy buns and somewhat fresh patties. Way too much money pricey for what you get though. But they get major deductions for not checking anyone's required vaccination confirmation for dine in. When asked why they said they aren't doing so, they said it already caused too much grief dealing with those who refuse to wear masks that they didn't want to make it worse by asking for vaccine cards. No respect from me if you're going to contravene government orders and disregard the health and safety of your patrons.
Okay I don't know why this place wasn't packed. That was one of the best burgers I've ever had. Soooo FRESH. And super delicious!!!
Where do I start??? Fries were cold, burger patty was small for the classic and tasted like it was cooked last night and reheated today, the bun was cold like it was frozen this morning and thawed out and very crumbly. Wendy 's has a better burger at a way cheaper price. $17.17 for a Classic burger with bacon and cheese. OVERPRICED!!! Will not be coming back *UPDATE Very disappointing. Somebody called me from the Chilliwack location on Wednesday and apologized for the quality of food and said they would like to make it up to me with a free Classic combo. I was told to ask for a manager and they would have my nan down. I went out of my way to go in today for lunch to have my meal and asked for the manager and explained I wrote a review and Mooyah Canada contacted me through Facebook and that somebody from the store would contact me. Not only did they not have my name down, the manager said I was here Wednesday and know nothing about it and nobody told me about it. She didn 't try to call the other manager or even try to fix my recent experience at this location. She made me feel like I trying to get free food for no reason. This is far beyond acceptable for an establishment to treat a customer like this yet alone a customer coming back after a bad experience.
