Buvette - Chiyoda-ku

A big fan of NY and always wanted to go to Tokyo. Good portion size and very regrettable. Especially the size of the dessert is much bigger than the average restaurant dessert in Tokyo AND delicious! Afternoon seems totally packed for shopping customers in the building, but the dinner time was more convenient to talk to friends about a table.

Very disappointed, could and would not have breakfast at Buvette. The waiter told us in an indifferent way that they do not have reservations through Open Table. The manager (should be called after a statement) was very disrespectful, without any sense of service simply told us that it does not work through the Open Table network. It is hard to believe that Buvettes Managers in this digital era simply does not care about the problem and/or has an initiative to solve the issue for the next possible customers.

C’est manifique!! We loved everything about it the food, ambiance and service were superb !!

We were extremely disappointed with our experience at Buvette. We tried to have breakfast there but were told by a waiter in a very indifferent manner that they do not accept reservations through Open Table. When we asked to speak to the manager for clarification, we were met with disrespect and a lack of customer service. The manager simply informed us that they do not participate in the Open Table network. It is surprising that Buvette's management, in this modern digital age, does not seem to care about addressing this issue for future customers.
