Starbucks Coffee - Chorley

Locally in the opposite, I know how often residents visit these dieucks, but I am always surprised how dirty the place is and how unprofessional the staff are. how is it such a vowel point of the community when the staff rarly used away cups and teller left on tables, or sweep the floors of crumbs, serviettes and dust. while I was served, all the staff behind the bar talked very long with a customer (which must be a friend or regular) the relevant customer stood up all the time before the bar area, blocking the staff many employees seem very young and I did not see that a senior member works to motivate employees to do something different than to make drinks. I visited during a quiet time of the day and it was shocking to see how little cleaning was done during this time, receptively superior to how dirty the whole place was. there were dusty subtenders many of the tables, serviettes and food claws everywhere and yet all the 2 hours I was here, I only saw that a worker left the bar area to cleanse. the one positive I would give is my coffee was delicious. but I couldn't really enjoy the drink because of the unacceptable dirt and hygiene standards that the young person had.

Very poor experience today, don't really like being lied to and is not very professional. I've been a gold member on Starbucks app for nearly 5 years and have never once been charged for syrups or milk alternatives or an extra shot; today however apparently that's suddenly changed and have been charged for those because it doesn't work on the app Just made an order to pick up to replicate what I ordered through through drive through and it took off those additional charges. Don't ever lie to a customer

The worst Starbucks I’ve ever been too slow service , always get order wrong once tried pass off a Frappuccino as a caramel Macc . Always run out of some sort of ingredient needed usually a staple like chocolate shot for a mocha Staff don’t seem interested at all and just matter to themselves whilst you wait half an hour in queue honestly !!

Ordered a small and a medium cappucino. Turns out you get the same amount in the medium as the small.

Me and my friends gathered for a friendly meet up and the workers at this starbucks kept giving us nasty looks and they said we made a mess when it was somebody else’s mess and it was only one greggs bag that wasn’t even ours and we found out that they didn’t clean the seats that had nerds in them for the past 2 days because they’ve been there since we came last time. When a few of us went to the toilet and some other stays at the table we had drinks half full they threw them in the bin when we clearly wasn’t finished and when we came back we was absolutely shocked to see that they threw away a drink that was £4+ and wasn’t even half finished. i will never be coming back here. EVER. there was buggers on the other seers across the room near the exit.
