The Quarters - Christchurch

The restaurant is truly stunning, with a lovely ambiance and beautiful surroundings. The people there were wonderful as well. It's such an impressive spot, and I definitely plan to return!

Delightful and interesting historical surroundings. Pleasant and friendly staff. Tasty food. Noise level high, but good to see so many patrons enjoying themselves. After you have enjoyed your meal, a good walk around Riccarton Bush or a stroll along the Avon River or, in summer, an exploration of the lovely wooded gardens all add to the overall experience of dining out. An excellent anniversary lunch with prompt, friendly, efficient service and delicious, filling pork and apple pie with wedges. We found the beautifully restored historic villa a charming fascinating venue. Barbara from Chch

The neighborhood consistently offers delicious food and drinks. The atmosphere is also wonderful. We were really pleased to discover Riccarton Bush and The Quarters. The service was excellent, and the staff was very helpful and friendly. We will definitely return.
