Worst experience and service ever. Ordered an appetizer and two main plates for delivery in which one is one of the most expensive dish on their menu being the Rabo Encendido(Ox Tail). When my delivery arrived much to my surprise the container had white rice and plantains but no Ox Tail. When I called to tell them what happened there response was can you come pick it up. Mind you my bill was $75.00 in which $11.77 was a tip for the driver and $5.00 was a delivery fee. When I asked to speak with a manager the employee advised me that Harold her manager didn't want to speak to me and simply offered a refund. I would have at the very least expected an apology from the manager but that didn't happen. Due to the fact that a manager can't even face its customers when something goes wrong tells me a lot about this establishment. As a long time customer I can tell you I will no longer visit this establishment. To the operator of this restaurant, I would really advise you to take a second look at the people you have representing your business.

It is a good place, nice and cheap, very clean, the food is very good, the service is spectacular, Noel the Manager is a very attentive person and all the girls in general, I love going with my family, I recommend it 100 ?

I have been visiting this restaurant a few years ago and I always liked it. But counting today, there have been 2 occasions that I have gone and I have not liked the food, the terrible taste, nothing to do with the North Pole of before. The orange juice I ordered was hot. The girl's attention, I must highlight, was kind. But the food is terrible. The result is that the two people who were with me have bad digestion and that food was terrible for us, fatal.

We use to love this place. The past 2 visits have not been up to par. The most recent incident was today. The breaded chicken was raw inside, the steak was under cooked, the service was slow and the drinking water tasted so bad it was not drinkable.

Very disappointed with the food. A palomilla stake have to be served from the griddle to the table. How can be cold?. Sent back and came back just warm. come on people, don't let this place fall.
