New York Buffalo Wings Ribs

I was visiting from out of town and have been here before. I love the food here but, for some reason this time was different... Not sure what it was but the food was still great. Just not what I remember it as.

Ordered delivery. I paid for a large buffalo chicken fries and they gave me a regular. Also never ask for extra chicken, they charge you but don't ever actually add it. Tried calling but they never pick up.

I found the service to be relatively quick, and the cashier was friendly. However, the prices are a bit high, and the restaurant is somewhat hidden from H Street, as it's nestled between other shops. The menu can be hard to read due to sunlight reflecting off it. The ribs were tender and came right off the bone, but the BBQ sauce wasn't anything extraordinary. I noticed a special advertised outside, but unfortunately, it’s only available for Grubhub orders. The meal came with napkins and plastic utensils without my having to ask. I ordered a 1/2 rack of ribs with fries.

The food here is incredibly delicious and reasonably priced! I highly recommend this place to everyone. The service is prompt, and the food is always fresh. I have nothing more to add!

We placed a takeout order over the phone, and by the time we picked it up—about five minutes later than the estimated time—the food was already soggy. I had ordered three buffalo chicken fries. Additionally, parking at this location is a hassle; you have to use the parking garage since there’s no street parking available right in front of the restaurant. On a positive note, the customer service was quite good.
