Falco's Pizza - Cicero

No social distancing no one wearing masks small long wait will not answer the phone for order line busy I guess the pizza was good if you like sausages and pork I just had mushrooms

So basically I did a reorder for a extra large sauge and cheese pizza and they sent pepperoni instead. Long story short I called the restaurant and the young lady said she'll credit me my correct order to be delivered at another date because they didn'thave the driver's at the time. I called today and the manager told me I was only $15 dollars and that was it. I spent 50 on thepizza including delivery and tip. The young lady basically lied to me and didn't give me her name that day. She only gave me themanager name. When I spoke to the manager today she was rude and uncooperative. I love their pizza but I will not be orderingagain. They messed up and now they don't want to own up to it. Customer service goes a long way and these workers dropped theball big time. I'm angry but it's ok. They've lost a loyal custome.

Kid-friendliness: The the girl that took care of me who answers the phone in the front works from 12:00 to 12:00 and the weekends and 10 to 12:00 Sunday through Thursday and every day she works and she was so delightful, so accommodating, and got my food done fast and never once that she frown. So I've been ordering from here most of my life and this is the first time I ever received a bad pizza. Looks and tastes like it's been in a warming machine for over an hour. Not to mention the restaurant themselves tell lies that they tried calling and didn't the driver called as they all do. The quality of the food has declined, and the restaurant is in need of an update. Additionally, the wait time for carryout is quite long. Overall, I would rate it: Food: 2, Service: 2, Atmosphere: 2.
