I've been coming here for years, and they have the best tacos. Food: 5 stars, Service: 5 stars, Atmosphere: 5 stars.
The food was fantastic, but I had to wait quite a bit, and the waitstaff were not very helpful. Even the person handling the payments was not very friendly. However, everything else was excellent.
