Świetna lokalizacja, pyszne dania, wybitne wypieki. Dawno nie jadłem takich śledzi poza Holandią, widać że szef kuchni ma doświadczenie. Opiekane ziemniaki do steka praktycznie jak z ogniska (a nie opiekane we frytownicy , policzki wołowe rozpływają się w ustach. BARDZO konkretne drinki- nie oszczędzają na alkoholu i nie podają rozwodnionych. U mnie Preludium ląduje na liście knajp do polecania. Service: Dine in
