Balance Cafe Smoothies - Cincinnati

I love Balance Cafe! The manager went above and beyond to ensure that the smoothie I ordered was fantastic. They are very accommodating with their vegan and gluten-free options, and the staff is incredibly friendly! The indoor seating is comfortable and well-spaced for COVID safety, and there are also outdoor seats available. This will definitely be a favorite spot for me whenever I'm in this part of Cincinnati!

Fantastic Experience! Balance Cafe offers delicious and healthy meals, and I eat here frequently. The food is reminiscent of what I cook at home—wholesome, natural, and flavorful! Their smoothies are delightful, made from fresh ingredients (mostly fruits and vegetables) that provide a sweet yet healthy energy boost. I particularly enjoy the Chicken Pita, Grilled Veggie Wrap, Turkey Chili, and Sweet Potato Soup; in fact, I've loved everything I've tried there. The owners and staff are friendly, helpful, and well-informed about nutrition and food allergies. My entire family, including the kids, adores Balance Cafe, and we highly recommend it to anyone in the area. If you're passing through Cincinnati, this is likely the healthiest and cleanest quick-service restaurant you'll find near the highway.

Love! This place is great! Delicious smoothies and delicious café menu. I really liked the Oxidizer smoothie, yes!! Order at the counter and then the food/smoothy comes to you. The service is very friendly and they also have outdoor seating. I think this is a place (not chain). Try it

Delicious and healthy! I ordered the Turkey Burgers (and I must recommend adding the roasted tomatoes!). They were absolutely delightful! This restaurant focuses on healthier options, so I wasn't sure what to expect when ordering a burger. However, they served the burgers as sliders, which helped with portion control. I felt satisfied with the serving size and didn't feel overly full. Great job! I will definitely return, as there are many other enticing items on the menu!
