Chipotle Mexican Grill - Cincinnati

Any other order I have here will be cancelled and I have enough. if they know that the restaurant is too busy, then don’t accept the order! it should be more general sense, but no, they wait 40 minutes after they confirm then delete. pure ghetto of them.

Last time I was here, they were from vinaiigrette,huh, steak, white rice and Fajita-Veggies, my mais was frozen, and they were also completely chipped. they're out of tear, huh and whatever. I really don't know how they're still open. they need a new management, really fast. that's unrealistic. for how much they now load for dishes, no possibility on the earth I would visit this place.

Opening 30 minutes *strike who waited an hour and left) in the cold because she too busy with catering orders. would not let us wait inside. go to another place. the guy said 5-10 minutes at 11. said, give us a few minutes at 11:35. I finally left after an hour. I wanted to see how bad this place was, but it was so bad that I ran out of time!

This location is usually good but randomly refuses in store orders. Super frustrating to go around lunch time and not even be able to put in my order. I would enter my order online but the price offered in store is less expensive than how it is priced online. Not sure if they're understaffed or just lazy.

The lady who's served us was very nasty and very disrespectful. She was arguing with another customer before us. Then she started treating us very nasty so we told her hey we understand you had an issue with them but please do not be disrespectful and she said she didn't care and you can leave if you don't like it. We asked for the manager and they told us she was the manager. Her name is Bianca. Very nasty and awfulAnd she even called me b.... And I was never disrespectful to her when I just asked to be careful with my food.
