Bidra med feedbackEvery time we visit the Chipotle drive-thru, we end up feeling shortchanged and poorly served when it comes to our food. I always order double meat hoping to receive a normal portion, but even with the extra cost, I still get less than a regular amount. I ordered a burrito and it turned out to be smaller than my hand, and I have small hands! It's frustrating, a waste of time and money, and simply unacceptable.
This restaurant started off well but quickly went downhill. I waited over an hour past the estimated pickup time for my online order, and when I finally received it, it was completely incorrect. It seemed like they had randomly thrown in ingredients without any care. To make things worse, they placed the correct labels on the lids, even though the contents were all wrong. Additionally, navigating in and out of their parking lot during busy times is a real hassle. I love Chipotle, but ordering from this location just isn't worth the frustration.
My experience with online pickup orders was quite disappointing. When I arrived, I found out that my order was an hour late, but I wasn't informed until I had already waited for 20 minutes. The staff member who eventually broke the news to the waiting customers, including myself, came off as indifferent and unhelpful, simply standing around without any friendliness or apology. Frustrated, many of us ended up leaving without our orders. I also had to spend an additional 15 minutes on the phone with customer service just to get a refund for the order I couldn't pick up. Chipotle shouldn't provide pickup times they can't realistically meet. This was the worst experience I've had at Chipotle so far.
Went to this location for a pick up at 8pm. Waited in a close to standstill line until around 8:20pm. Once I finally reached the window the girl told me I?d have to either pull around again or come in and wait another 45 minutes because they were still working on orders from 7:30. I told her I?d like to just cancel my order and she just gave me a business card to call to get my refund and didn?t even apologize. This location used to be great and it?s the worst one in the city now. Food is always wrong or gross. Service is not only snail slow, the associates are typically rude as well. I understand being short staffed but this is a joke. I will drive out of my way to never go to this one again
Ordered in-person, to go. I had two exactly same orders. The wrapping of the burritos was the worst I've ever seen and it wasn't because they were full--there was hardly any portions in them! It took 3 minutes to get my food after paying and everything was stone cold. Agree with another reviewer who said they prioritize drive through and pickup orders over in-person patrons.
