Chipotle Mexican Grill - Cincinnati

The staff are respectful and hardworking. However, the current wait times and quality are indicative of a workforce shortage. I enjoyed my meal but had hoped for shorter wait times. I'm still giving this a 5-star rating because this issue is prevalent across the industry.

There’s a separate area for DoorDash drivers, where there's also a line, but I’ve never had to wait long. They have a large team on hand, and even though the place is bustling, I never see anyone racing around frantically. Each employee seems to have a designated area and handles their responsibilities with precision. I've seen them handle crowds and missed orders without ever appearing overwhelmed or stressed. They simply follow their procedures calmly and get the job done efficiently. Every restaurant should aspire to operate like this one; it should be other establishments' goal to achieve this level of smooth operation. Kudos to the team for doing everything right! I genuinely can’t think of a single improvement they need to make. It’s truly impressive how well they keep things running. I wasn't compensated for this review, nor do I know anyone who works here—I’m simply blown away by their efficiency! Keep up the fantastic work!

I really love Chipotle. The food is fantastic, and the staff is amazing. They offer healthy and delicious meals, and while the lines can often be long, the employees are quick and efficient, ensuring great service.
