Donatos Pizza - Cincinnati

Not straight edge to edge-toppings on these donatos. much less toppings than normal donatos. I also paid extra for a package of ranch dressing and instead of the package I bought, it contained a small cup ranch.

This place took our money and then refused us pizza. we ordered and paid online, received a confirmation text and delivery time. 2 hours later, 1 hour after our delivery time, we had not yet received our pizza. we called the situation and waited for 30 minutes, nobody answered. we drove to the place to get our pizza. the person who works said they didn't have any drivers to deliver our pizza. he could not call us to say this or to apologize for inconvenience from any reason. we just asked about the pizza we had ordered at the time. he said he couldn't give it to us because it was too old. so we wanted a refund. he said that he could not afford a refund at this time and we would have to wait 3-5 working days. So this business just stole our money. they made zero effort to fix the situation and simply not to take our money and give us no pizza. will never go back. we would like to order donatos from time to time because we like the pizza, but this is the second time that we were treated on this wise and the second time if they did not give us the food we ordered.

The personal was rude to my man who picked up the order. I ordered a large 14-inch Mariachi cow pizza. it looked smaller so we measured it with a tape meter and it was something over 12 inches, that is a medium. no acidic or serviettes with it. hardly any jalapeños. my broth sticks were burned so I couldn't eat them. they have put the wrong sauce. money down. I expect a response and a refund.

Travis himself closed, denied a tipp and gave us the best care that we would have wanted. he deserves better and his deprivation is at best human.

So I order from here with Door dash. The food is never even warm cheese isn 't even melted when it gets to me, but no big deal... you run that risk with delivery. But today I called this location to get clarification. I wanted an extra cup of marinara sauce, but the options don 't say marinara. It just says thick sauce or thin sauce . So I called to ask, which is marinara. The guy literally LAUGHED at me. So I said, it doesn 't say marinara dude. I just politely said thanks hung up. Buy jeez.... that 's how yall talk to paying customers??
