Forno Osteria - Cincinnati

This restaurant was often recommended and we tried it last weeks. it was incredible! we ate the bar I would recommend for two. we could observe all foods made, including pizzas placed in the oven. we got the Arugula salad, the bolognese and the truffle pizza, and everything was excellent and very large portions that could be easily divided. the atmosphere is beautiful, but not stuffy that we really enjoyed. we're coming back!

I went here with my husband and had a really nice time. As soon as we entered, I was met by the living social atmosphere in the restaurant, as well as the intoxicating smells from the oven (this is so fun to observe. we tried the braided journey (a first for my man and were both blown away. this trip is a must to try safely! the pizza was also excellent, full of this tasty oven char during the administration, cracker in some sharing delicate in others. we are coming back to the final!

Excellent service even when arriving 45 minutes to closing. I've worked in restaurants before and hate being that person, but was treated as if we had come at the start of service. Larry is a fantastic server. Fantastic food and menu. Will definitely be back.

Solid spot in Hyde Park. The octopus and fingerling potatoes slapped. Place has a cool feel on the inside, and I would definitely recommend as a top notch Italian eatery. The pizza is really good quality and has great dough. I liked the gnocchi, but not my favorite in town. The risotto was also fire. Really cannot go wrong here. Great food, environment, and the staff are really nice. You can sit at the bar too and watch the back of house do their thing, which is always cool. I would eat that octopus and potatoes like 5x over. It was sooooo tasty and the prices here are very fair.

We had the best time here! Located in a great area with lots of things to do. Had no reservation and only a maybe 20 minute wait. We went for a walk in the nice neighborhood close by while we waited. There was also a pub, a Mediterranean Cafe and Thai restaurant next door. Forno has Indoor and outdoor seating available. Wonderful atmosphere all around. I was very happy with my view of the brick pizza oven! The host was great and called me as soon as there was an open table. Our server was perfect, very attentive. I had a margarita and diet coke(: For an appetizer we picked the goat cheese and chestnut honey bruschetta, amazing. We ordered the Tagliatelle Bolognese and it was to die for! A real must have. I believe we had the Calabrese pizza, any pizza here is a winner. The food was spectacular and I will be bringing my mom here ASAP. Can’t wait to go back.
