Koi Hibachi Sushi - Cincinnati

The noodles I received are pretty much just mush and they taste like plastic. Very disappointing especially for the price

Food taste amaizing. We got Hibachi chicken with mix veg. And fried rice. And it was amaizing.

My online takeout order was completed within the promised time frame and the portion was large. Given the great reviews, I was looking forward to a delicious and flavorful traditional hibachi meal. I ordered veggie hibachi with fried rice and it was disappointingly bland even by Midwest standards. The broccoli, onions, carrots, mushrooms and zucchini were cooked the right amount of time although they had very little flavor. The fried rice was literally just fried rice with nothing else. This is the third time I've gotten takeout from this restaurant within the last year, and while I keep hoping for traditional hibachi flavor, think this is what they offer and what their clients love. Unfortunately it's not what I want.

The service was horrible. I walked in and was not greeted. They just watched me walk in and I stood at the counter a minute before someone approached me. That all would've been ok if the food was good, but it wasn't. I asked for medium steak and it was well done and nearly impossible to chew. The chicken was reminiscent of dog food. The sushi was ok, but warm from sitting on top of hot food. Would not recommend.
