Longhorn Steakhouse Cincinnati Milford

First visit for me. everything was good, my steak was perfectly cooked and I had smuggled kartomas too. I brought my god son and he had the salat, garnel and the longhorn signature steak, I think it was t-bone. he enjoyed every bite of his meal and my leftover filet. it was a little pricy, but would go again. food: 5/5

My man and I decided to eat here after a Christmas shopping in walmart. the friendly staff before the restaurant was very sweet and friendly! we sat in the 15 minutes they quoted. once sat our waiter (not got his name he had a nase piercing and was half bold younger looking not older than mid 30) took our drink order, no problem. After I had brought my wein and the margarita my mannes, I was curious if we had to ask for broth or not. So the next time the waiter came by, the second time my man just said: apologise, do we have to ask brot or is this taken on our table? I wish I could put this up, the waiter says I'm busy, you'll wait. at this moment I was shocked. I asked for a bill for our drinks and to cancel our order. the waiter came back with brot and smiled it on our table and never brought the bill. the manager passed and I explained what happened to her. Actually, I work in the food service and get it overwhelmed by customer needs. I actually wanted to say what we had 20.00 tonight, but not. they never know who to help them. as I told the manager, I hope his night will be better, but he must be careful. my man was even worried that he came rude and he honestly did not and he felt bad. the customer service can use something work and I hope this guy gets a good coaching.

Ate early evening and my 7 pepper steak didn't seem to have any seasoning on it. The potato soup was very good. The fries were also very good.Food: 3/5

It's definitely well priced and kind of want you to expect from a good steakhouse not stuffy you can go there and relax seems like the service is very consistent.the 9 oz filet was a perfect cut exactly the way I asked

As everyone says the service is very good. The food is terrible! All steaks and vegetables had a salt/spice mixture added to them. Like pouring on the salt and MSG. They even put this on the kids chicken strips. Had porterhouse, ribeyes and fillets. Only fillet was chewable others were full of gristle. Pick a better steakhouse if you want something eatable.
