First visit in 10 years and ask me why if I always loved it. no longer overcrowded. great food and service. clean dining room. Quality internalware also. will return.

Saw immediately in a Friday night, with fast service and excellent eating. everything was clean and fresh. the new crispy brussel sprouts are fantastic, absolutely worth the upgrade. child-friendly: had child-friendly menus.

The personal was friendly. Eating was in the middle. nothing great. spent $150.00 before tipp. three have endless garnels. that is on a timer how to order. they must not even order when their meal comes. my son was thrilled with his birthday and was disappointed. we were there two hours with 3 refills. do not fall for the endless garnels. you will be there all day.

Eating was great, poor level was perfect (live, but they could have a conversation without screaming. in one of our salads we ended up with a strange plastic piece (which was only discovered when it was looked up! and the server seemed completely uncareful. has not even offered a free drink. most places would have been extremely apologetic. our rating has definitely decreased.

Red Lobster WAS one of my favorite restaurants until today's experience!!! My mouth dropped when I read the price for Pick 2 Shrimp dinner for $22???!!??? I've never paid more than $17 for that it also included soup or salad one side. Now the Pick 2 Shrimp went up $5 they took away the soup/salad being included. If you want a salad that will be used as your one side. The shrimp scampi were always served in the oval like dish, soaked in that garlic butter sauce. I received my shrimp on a plate with very little garlic butter sauce on the shrimp. The other person with me ordered the Chicken Alfredo. No side was included the portion size was so much smaller than before. To make everything worse our server was horrible!!!! I asked for extra napkins. I received only one tiny paper towel . (See pictures below) We asked for more biscuits when our meal was served. We never received them until after our meal that's only because I asked half way through our meal on when he was bringing the biscuits out. The server walked past our table about 15 times never picked up our plates. He wasn't carrying anything to not be able to grab the plates. The manager came by removed them. No refills were offered. The restaurant wasn't busy at all. The sever only had a few tables. Don't get me wrong, I don't have a problem paying for a $20+ meal but I except it to be at a higher class atmosphere, have at least a salad included with the meal have one side to choose from and a server who cares about their customers. I am extremely disappointed with Red Lobster price increases with a lot less food. This was my final time eating at Red Lobster.
