White Castle - Cincinnati

They are rarely open and if they are, they will sit in the drive at least 35 min no exaggeration I am here now. they operate 1 car at a time and leave 7 total cars waiting in the drive! by far the worst customer service or the white lock I was ever too!

Eat is great. some of the workers are wonderful. the only disadvantage is that they are very short-handed.

I really loved my visit there it was ladies and they're manager they were very nice friendly and the food was awesome fresh and hot..I'm going back again. Thanks You All

Lines are long but worth the wait! The amazing ladies and the gentlemen that work there are fantastic! I couldn't deal with the late night rude customers that I hear at times they stay busy and always treating people right! they make my day! thank YOU BEAUTIFUL EMPLOYEES on Columbia parkway...food always fresh and yummy for night munching!!

Coming home after cycling's game, only restaurant open, it was clean customer service was nice food was accurate and hot thank you White Castle, great job
