Kfc - Cirencester

Serve very fast and the place was thoroughly clean. Although it rained when we were the floors very dry, I assume that their matte make their job good. also parking was easy as it was right in front of the spaces. definitiw would return here for fried chicken if I ever returned to cirencester.

Absolutely amazing customer service. The sweetest Asian people at the tills serving. They ran out of chicken and had to cook up another batch so we waited a while, but due to the wait, they gave us a free large popcorn. They made sure to constantly check we were okay and went above and beyond. They also have a self serving condiments area which is super handy! You just pick the sauces you want!

The quality of the drink was excellent, but the large chips were just regular-sized chips, mostly served as broken small pieces. The staff was very helpful. The deal of 10 mini fillets for £5.99 is a great value.

This was our first time visiting a KFC in years, so I can't really compare it to other locations. However, the restaurant was very clean, including the restrooms (though they were out of toilet paper). The food was good, with reasonably sized chicken pieces served with a soft bun.

Great value and faster service. However, the chicken pieces were greasy, and the chips included many damaged potatoes. The selection of options and drinks is now excellent.
