Bidra med feedbackI had a couple from Germany visiting who hadn't been here in 14 years. Despite some negative comments from friends, they chose to dine at Memories. We all ordered shrimp tails, and each of us received four dry shrimp for about $10,000. We also shared a fillet of beef, which we found to be okay, but not as good as they remembered. I opted for the smallest fillet, which I rarely order, and asked for it to be cooked medium well. The waitress acknowledged my request, but nothing was done about it. We reminisced about how great the place used to be on Friday nights, and it was clear why there were only a handful of customers that night. I cannot recommend it yet; it’s too pricey for such poor quality. Not sure if I’d return.
You won't find a better fillet anywhere; all of their dishes are homemade and absolutely excellent. Their pizza is truly the best, even compared to all other pizza places. If you're looking for a real antipasto salad, theirs is to die for. I can't think of any reason not to visit Moretti's! Just remember, you get what you pay for.
Six of us went out for dinner and found the restaurant to be quite old and outdated, with only three tables occupied. However, our waiter was friendly and attentive. We decided to skip appetizers and went straight for the main courses. I ordered a Ribeye Steak cooked medium, while my friend chose shrimp. The meals were served with a salad, which arrived at the table promptly. The salad was decent, but nothing special. My steak was cooked to perfection and weighed in at about 16 ounces—I enjoyed every bite. My friend raved about her shrimp, describing them as delicious, crisp, and fresh. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and we look forward to returning.
We had the best meal ever! My daughter ordered the ravioli with meat sauce and said it was served hot with excellent sauce. My son-in-law tried the shrimp Sampi and really enjoyed it. My sister had a cooked-to-order floor sirloin steak, while I had a perfectly cooked ribeye steak Pittsburgh style—it was huge, enough for two, and prepared exactly as I requested. The decor has a charming old-fashioned feel that creates a warm and comfortable atmosphere, making you feel happy to be there. The staff was attentive, and we appreciated that the food was freshly made rather than frozen or microwaved.
It's always a good idea to make a reservation, but if you don't, the staff will do their best to accommodate parties of all sizes. The filet medallions are tender and bursting with flavor, complemented perfectly by a garlic scampi-style sauce. The salad with Italian dressing is exceptional, especially with the addition of crispy blue cheese. The side pasta has a lovely, rich tomato flavor. The servers are also great at hosting birthday celebrations and other special events. You’re bound to enjoy your meals here, and it's a refreshing alternative to chain restaurants—you won’t regret your decision.
