Bidra med feedbackAlways enjoy eating at this place, but at some point the waiting time is ridiculous. Food taste good, friendly staff and remember: only CASH!
Prices are **** expensive (typical for a Ramen place), but the food is typically pretty good. The pork may or may not be perfect depending on the day and time you go. The cold noodle is delicious, but be sure to ask for sauce on the side and add as much as you want because otherwise it will be extremely salty.
This is definitely the most convenient and delicious ramen place around City of Industry. I ordered the Shio Ramen for 9 dollars and it came relatively fast. They restaurant has this great feature where you can see your ramen getting made by the chef. The Shio ramen consist of the soup, noodles, bamboo, chashu pork, soy beans, egg, seaweed, and green onion. The Shio soup was rich in flavor and a bit on the salty side. The noodles were just amazing. It was very chewy but not to the point that it gets bothersome. The chashu pork was soft and fatty at some parts and then nice and harder at the other parts. The tender meat is definitely one of the best parts of this ramen. The egg was solid/liquidy like the perfect type of ramen egg. Make sure to use the garlic flavoring jar that they let you use. The flavor of the Shio and the garlic flavoring is just scrumptious. Easily one of the best ramen places I been to, and really convenient too.
Yuzu Ship offers a refreshing spin on ramen. The citrus-infused, salt-based broth adds a delightful zing. The tonkotsu is clean and quite decent. The char siu is impressive—far from the typical flat, dry slices you often find. The noodles are nicely chewy. Overall, it's a great spot for ramen!
What a fantastic hidden gem! The broth is flavorful without being overly rich or salty. The noodles are always cooked to perfection—firm and chewy. A heads up for those with peanut allergies: steer clear of the fog soups. I had a reaction after mistakenly trying them, but it was worth it (and I have a serious peanut allergy, so that’s saying something). The Tonkotsu is incredible, especially if you opt for less salt (that's my personal preference, as it really allows the pork flavor to come through). Plus, you get a generous serving of extra noodles for just $2!
