Red Lobster - City of Kingston

I've had dinner here dozens of times over the past 5 years. Last night the greeter tried sitting us at a tight, defective table where nobody can enjoy their meal. When we asked to change tables she offered us a table for disabled people next to the waitstaff area used for organizing things. She was extremely not helpful about sitting us at a normal table even though it wasn't busy. There were many open tables that were a normal size for a normal meal. I don't get it. We ended up leaving and will never return to this location. Do a better job training your staff. We are an easy table and would've spent $100 easily.

My Grams favorite, we had her after the funeral dinner here and I had the best Whole lobster for her! Emily did a great job and the accommodations of our reservation to have our own room was perfect! Thank you, The Baker Family
