Bidra med feedbackThis is a belated review of a visit I had at the beginning of December. Eric Chavot's restaurant in Mayfair is a classy brasserie, but I couldn't help but think that with its relatively simple menu, it wouldn't dare to aspire to a Michelin star in Paris. However, here in London, where French cuisine like this isn't as common, it is truly exceptional! The sourdough bread and butter were heavenly, and for my starter, I chose the scallop ceviche, which was beautifully presented and had a perfect balance of flavors. Other appetizers at our table included the chicken liver parfait with plum and fig chutney, as well as a lovely charcuterie selection. As for the main course, my wife... Brasserie chavot offers a French inspired menu that is created with the finest products from the British and French. the pariser inspired dining room has white tablecloths, red banquet, a beautiful mosaic floor and extravagant chandelier. the Executive Cook eric chavot is very celebrated and has worked with iconic chefs like pierre caoffmann and raymond blanc. he opened this michelin star brasserie in 2013 and it is comfortable in the conduct street, mayfair, which is just outside the regent street, perfect for a pre- / post-purchasing slap up meal.
Omg the ultimate eating pornstars of the soft bowl crab! the best steak smeared with a side salad in a delicious blue cheese dressing. three times boiled chips and correct size delicious desserts! seriously good eating in this modest michelin star brasserie.
French food seems to have fallen into a lump in the last few years, but this place is very refreshing. had a work lunch with some restaurant people. we have shared our appetiser to spread the bet in the menu. the crab mayonnaise and avocado well arranged and the escargot that disregards the expectations. the heap, Feta salad was great and the steak tart was beautifully spiced. for my head I had the cod. it was great. the cheeseboard was beautifully thought out and an adventurous to try. great service and quality. Not sure why it was 30% full, but also somehow happy, as that means I can have a table last minute nab (or maybe it was just a Tuesday thing.) very good.

However one big difference: it will be the best you've ever tasted. Real attention to detail: amazing textures and perfect touches of blissful flavours. Substantial portions and even the sides were amazing: incredible green beans with strong chive flavours. While it's expensive, it isn't ridiculously priced. Would definitely return and probably the best authentic French restaurant I've eaten in. Highly recommended. For those who love their Micheline stars, this is a...read more
